The team has added the Overland Data Neo 2000 with LTO drives to the list of libraries that Pinetree can repair. The Storagetek tape libraries That can repaired are (SL500,L700/180,SL8500,L20, L40, L80). Quantum/ADIC (Scalar 1000,i2000, i500 scalar 100 M1500, M2500, PX502 Scalar50 )are being serviced and repaired for customers through out the US. The repair and maintenance of LTO tape library has been expanded to include Overland Data Neo 2000 and HPPV112T tape libraries. The team continues to review the test procedures to ensure a high level of confidence that the repair is complete. The warranty is 120 days on a repair. A large inventory of parts needed for repair and maintenance is available in house to provide world class service and repair. The HP tape libraries that have been repaired using the processes are the PV112T. Process have also been developed by Pinetree so the customer can use the repaired tape libraries with confidence. The repair LTO tape libraries has been expanded to the Quantum Scalar 24 in addition the Overland Data Neo2000 This addition adds to the Pinetree Peripherals 1nc products that can be repaired and serviced on a maintenance contract.
