The M4Data team became part of Pinetree 7 years ago. The partnership has been very successful for Pinetree Peripherals. The ability to provide factory level support has provided the customers that use the 9914, M490E, M490L and 9906 with reliable repairs and machines. New parts are still available for sale. This joining allowed Pinetree and M4Data to offer on site maintenance to customers using the products in the US. This service was expanded to include STK, SUN,Quantum, ADIC and Dell.
