Both of these values represent our commitment to improved quality ongoing. We are proud of this record and will work to keep it. The ISO 2004 processes are being used to accomplish this level of success. The measurement includes all products and repairs that are preformed at Pinetree Peripherals 1nc. Each time we add a new repair process or a different part that we are repairing the learning process takes some time and the returns are included in this number.
