July has slipped away for me. The summer is going very fast and with the temperature setting new records for the most days over 90 we are staying inside during the heat of day. The business has shown signs of picking up so we are enjoying the pleasant change in business. We have extended our warranty on all repairs and sales to 1 year. This is possible because our quality is running well below the set goals. It is encouraging that the processes are mature enough to be adapted to new products without a major problem.
The team has done a remarkable job adapting the changes. I am very proud of all the efforts of each one. Our sales team has been able to deliver in a tight market so my hat goes off to them with a big thank you. During these times we get to measure how good we really are in doing business. I believe we have demonstrated that we can function in this market by the results of June and July. I wish everyone a peaceful and pleasant summer.
